Davis Keeping In Touch With Irish

After participating in the Army National Combine in February as an offensive lineman, Michigan native Garret Davis changed things up a bit and competed as a defensive lineman at the Scout.com combine at Evanston High School (IL) this past Saturday.

The change worked out for him.

“All of my times went down from the other combine in the winter,” the 6-foot-3, 281-pound lineman reported to BlueandGold.com Tuesday night. “I was chosen as the defensive line MVP.”
